Morningfield Partners acts for private buyers and investors who want to buy or partner with owners of real-asset businesses in Australia. Some of the buyers we act for are associated with us. We are paid by buyers, not by sellers, and we do not act for you.
Only what you choose to enter in the form: the type and location of your asset, broad size and financial ranges, the terms you would consider, and, if you choose, a contact name and email or phone number (yours or an adviser's). If you choose, also financial documents you upload, or read-only reports (profit and loss, balance sheet) from Xero if you connect it; these usually identify your business, so share them only when you are comfortable. You can leave every identifying field blank. We record a reference code so we can match anything you send later.
To assess whether the buyers we act for may be interested in buying or partnering, to reply to you if you asked us to, and to discuss funding with prospective lenders and investors.

Buyers, lenders and investors see only a summary with nothing that identifies you or your asset, and only after signing a confidentiality agreement with us. We will not share your name, your contact details or anything that identifies your asset with anyone without your written consent, unless the law requires it.
Submissions are received and stored by our website and forms provider, Netlify, whose servers may be outside Australia (including in the United States). By sending the form you consent to this overseas storage.
Up to three years, or until you ask us to delete it.
You can ask us to see, correct or delete what you sent, quoting your reference code. If you do not want to hear from us, tell us and we will not contact you again.
